Athletic OKRs
Peter Rohn, CEO of BLACKROLL AG, has already worked with OKRs at several companies. In his current position as CEO at BLACKROLL AG, he was the initiator for the introduction of OKRs. At the meetup, Peter gave us an insight into his athletic experiences during the implementation and showed us the progress he is particularly proud of after about 1.5 years.
