OKR Rollout Across the Entire Company
At this OKR meetup, ADVIS shared their experiences with OKRs. As a successful IT service company, ADVIS introduced OKRs for the entire company about 1.5 years ago. The goal was to use OKRs to make their vision and strategy transparent so that teams and employees could successfully work together in the same direction. As an established SME in the Bern area, it is important to ADVIS that the entire company is committed to OKRs. This means that all teams were involved from the very beginning. The first step was a “dry run” with OKRs for one quarter. In the meantime, ADVIS has learned a lot about working with OKRs, and we thank ADVIS for sharing their insights with us at the meetup.
