In this online meetup, Sebastian Klein was our guest. Sebastian is the co-founder of the Berlin startup Blinkist and author of the book “The Loop Approach,” which introduces a transformation approach focused on teams. Currently, Sebastian is working on his new founding project Neue Narrative, for which he uses an agile strategy process based on OKRs. He shared his own experiences with OKRs in the context of founding a company and how the Loop Approach can help on this journey.
