Overcoming challenges of implementing the OKR culture within your team - At RaiseNow, we introduced the OKR approach at a team level for the first time in April 2020 with Teal Systems, despite already having company level OKRs in place for the past two years. It was an interesting and immensely insightful process to encourage all team mates to adopt and live the OKR methodology on a daily basis at work. Apart from bridging team OKRs with company-level goals, we had to facilitate a change in team culture and mindset towards being more accountable, relevant, and data-driven. We, Patricia Buss and Clara Lu, are keen to share some of these challenges and learnings with you.
