Experiences as an OKR Champion at Basilicom
At this OKR online meetup, Martina Schlager, Senior Digital Consultant at Basilicom GmbH, shared her experiences with OKRs. Since the mid-90s, Martina has been working as a digital consultant and has been using MbO and OKR as operational methods for product, project, and client development. In the meetup, she provided insights into the skillful instrumentation of OKRs in the context of acquisition, project, and product development for a consulting agency.
As a communications expert with a focus on systems theory, Martina has the best prerequisites to engage with strategies around MbO and OKR over the long term. She has internalized the method in her consulting work in the digital industry and has applied it to various projects for different tasks – in corporations, medium-sized businesses, startups, and agencies. At the meetup, she gladly shared insights into the use of OKRs through practical examples.
