With this motto, we started dealing with the topic of OKRs 3 years ago. OKRs, what is that? How do I start? How do I introduce it to employees? What tools do we need? As complete novices, we delved into OKRs step by step, experiencing all the highs and lows. I look forward to taking you on our journey for a moment and explaining where we stand and what experiences I have had and continue to have with it in our company. OKRs grow with us, and we grow with them.
Corinne Blunier has been with the company since 2010. Back then, there were four of us. Today, we employ over 80 people.
She leads HR and administration as well as the managers of support and field force and is also responsible for operational business.
