What began as a small seedling at Post AG has now grown into a dynamic community of over 1000 people working with OKRs in all conceivable areas. So far, we have little centralization, but an incredibly diverse OKR world. This heterogeneity makes our environment unique and enables creative and different OKR approaches.”
